Terms and Conditions for Online Booking at besttrip.asia

You have agreed to our policies by accessing this ticket booking website of Asia Best Trip, including but not limited to reservation, online payment, seat changes, cancellations, refunds, terms subject to change without prior notice.

  1. The reservation and online payment program applies to all Asia Best Trip routes, catering to both loyal and new customers.
  2. There is no limit to the number of seats you can reserve and pay for per transaction. Reservation confirmation, payment, and transport contracts are conducted online via www.besttrip.asia, through our fan page, or by calling our hotline at +84 94 3066148.
  3. Our only contact channels for finalizing contracts with passengers are through two specific numbers: +84 94 3066148. We shall not be liable for any customer damages incurred outside these contact numbers.
  4. We do not offer refunds or changes to bookings on holidays and special occasions such as Tet (Lunar New Year) for successfully paid reservations.
  5. If you cancel a reservation, the following policy applies: cancel 48 hours before departure - 20% fee, cancel between 48 and 24 hours before departure - 50% fee, cancel less than 24 hours before departure - 100% cancellation fee (cancellation fee is calculated based on the total room price, excluding promotions).
  6. Asia Best Trip is responsible for keeping all customer information confidential as part of our cautious service provision, except when specifically required by authorities.
  7. Asia Best Trip reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice; in case of disputes, Dong Hanh Travel Corporation will make the final decision.
