After agreeing on the itinerary and rental price (including or excluding VAT) with a Asia Best Trip staff member, you are required to transfer a 50% deposit of the contract value to the designated company account through official channels.
Our advisor will immediately confirm your car reservation upon receiving the deposit. Before midnight on the day of travel, our staff will provide you with the driver's phone number and the vehicle's license plate for pick-up.
Please settle the remaining amount on the first day of the trip. If you require a VAT invoice, a 10% VAT will be applied to the total invoice.
Note:
Services include: Car pick-up from 7 a.m. and car return by 8 p.m., driver's fees, and fuel expenses.
Services not included: Bridge tolls, airport fees, parking fees at tourist attractions, overnight parking (if applicable), and driver's meals if incurred during the day.
Additional charges: Limited to 100km per day, any additional kilometer will be charged 20,000 Vietnamese Dong, and for each additional hour, a fee of 200,000 Vietnamese Dong will be charged.
